Hi, I’m Emily—founder of Reedwell, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified Health Education Specialist with a decade of experience helping people create meaningful, lasting change.

The Reedwell story started at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where I first saw the power of coaching. Through the Diabetes Prevention Program, I watched lives transform—one small, steady step at a time. Over the next eight years, I coached hundreds of participants, helping them not just improve their health, but feel confident and capable along the way.

In 2019, I began working one-on-one with clients, creating a space where real conversations and breakthroughs happened. I’ve helped people shift from “I should” to “I’m doing it” and make that new mindset stick.

Every client’s story is different, and that’s what makes this work so rewarding. My mission is simple: to help you discover what makes you feel your best, so you can enjoy more healthy, vibrant years.
