Personalized Health Coaching

Personalized health coaching starts with an intake. The Intake Session is where we’ll spend time exploring your values, motivators, challenges, and vision for your health. This usually takes up to 75 minutes. By the end of the intake session, you can expect to leave with a plan and one or more attainable goals to help you get started.

Once we’ve established a plan, all remaining sessions will be Follow-ups. Follow-up Sessions are 45 minutes and designed to check in on your goal progress, brainstorm solutions, and problem solve together. This is where the real work of coaching happens! With this type of regular support, you can expect to see positive changes, mindset shifts, and new perspectives.

Group Coaching

Group coaching blends the benefits of personalized health coaching with the magic of peer support. Led by a Reedwell coach, these groups create community and expand the possibilities of what you can accomplish on your own.

Group sessions are held virtually each week for 12 transformative weeks. A typical session includes celebrations of small wins, group discussion of challenges, leading to problem-solving and brainstorming for the week ahead, and expert guidance to help you reach your goals.

Member goals may vary from building healthy habits to managing stress or weight. Through increased accountability, ongoing support, and a team approach, members experience measurable personal growth and improved overall well-being.
